EPDM Roof Installation / Upgrade

This project involved the full installation (or overhaul) of an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) roofing system for a client seeking a durable, low-maintenance flat roof solution. Given EPDM’s excellent longevity and flexibility, it was the ideal choice to provide long-term waterproofing performance.

Project Goals & Challenges

• Replace or renew an existing flat roof system that was showing signs of wear, leaks, or aging materials.

Our Approach & Execution

   The existing roof deck was fully inspected. Any deteriorated or unsound material was removed and replaced. The surface was made smooth, level, and primed to receive the EPDM membrane, with all debris cleared.
